Orders

To fulfil an order we receive your name, email, shipping address and order contents from Stripe. Kept 10 years for accounting. Card details are handled only by Stripe.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept, we record pages viewed, products viewed and added to cart, country (derived from your IP, which is not stored), device type and a random visitor ID kept in your browser. This data stays on our server and is never shared. Kept 13 months. Withdraw consent anytime with “cookies” in the footer.

Browser storage

Necessary: cart, language and shipping country, your cookie choice, account session. Analytics (only if you accept): random visitor ID.
