Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern sales of t-shirts on shop.mwa.dog between [À REMPLIR : LEGAL_OWNER] ("the seller") and any consumer ("the customer"). They are governed by French law; the French version prevails.

2. Products

T-shirts are made to order. Pictures are as accurate as possible; colors may vary slightly between screens.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars outside France, shipping excluded and displayed before payment. Import duties outside the EU are paid by the customer.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once fully paid through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). A confirmation email is sent. The seller never sees card details.

5. Shipping

Worldwide shipping. Europe: $11.9, free from $140. Rest of the world: $16.9, free from $170. Items are printed to order by our manufacturer, then shipped. Estimated delivery from the order date: 14–25 business days in Europe, 18–35 elsewhere.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, without giving a reason. Email us, then return the unworn item in its original condition within 14 days. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund you, initial standard shipping included, within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects. For any claim, email contact@example.com.
